Payment terms are 2 percent 10 net 30. GSA Advantage contracted items are tax-free. A Purchase Order is required for all non-credit card purchases. Westek accepts Mastercard, Visa and American Express.
There is a 30% restocking fee on all returned non-defective items. No credit or refund after 30 days of receiving goods. All returned goods must have and RMA number, copy of packing slip ad written documentation of problem. No returns on custom manufactured goods. Two years manufacturers warranty. One year manufacturers warranty on Combi-Cords.
There is a 48 hour turnaround time for repair or replacement on standard products that do not require special rework. For prompt repair service and return procedures call (800) 526-2673 for a return material authorization number.
Prices do not include shipping charges. All products are shipped F.O.B. Watsonville, CA facility. Product will be shipped FedEx unless otherwise specified. Shipping and handling will be prepaid and added to the total invoice amount. GSA Advantage contracted items are free of shipping charges.
Westek Electronics Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for two years from the date of purchase. One year warranty on Combi-Cords.
In the event of a defect in materials or workmanship within the two year warranty period, Westek will determine if cause is warrantable. If the product is covered under Westek’s warranty, Westek will either repair or replace components at no charge to the customer.
This warranty does not cover the normal wear, and is void if the cord has been misused, abused, altered, tampered with, or used on current other than stated in the specifications manual. At the end of the warranty period, Westek Electronics, Inc. shall be under no further warranty obligation expressed or implied. This warranty provides specific legal rights and these rights may vary depending upon the business location.
