By placing an order with Westek Electronics, you have explicitly agreed to Westek's Terms and Conditions of Sale available for download HERE. A copy is also available by mail or fax upon request. Please see a summary of Westek's terms and conditions of sale below.

A 30% restocking fee will be charged on all returned NON DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS.
No credit or refunds will be granted after 30 days of customer's receipt of goods.
All returned goods must have a Westek authorized RMA# and a copy of the packing slip. The RMA# must be clearly stamped on the outside of the returned shipping package.
Westek does not allow return of any custom product.
Warranty: 2 years on all standard products, 1 year on Combi-Cords.
Warranty is void if product was abused, neglected or misused in Westek's sole judgment.
